We believe that a pass for you is also a pass for your instructor! At Driving North we take away all the stress of booking tests by booking them for you on your behalf. You simply tell us when you are available for a test and we'll take care of all the administration for you, it couldn't be simpler and there is no charge for this service.We are currently using a brand new Mini One and a 05 registered Peugeot 307 Hdi for tuition cars. Both are fitted with dual controls for safety.
Our commitment to you The success of our pupils is of paramount importance to us, for that reason, we limit the number of hours your instructor can work each day as we feel that only truly effective, efficient and patient tuition can only take place if your instructor has had time to plan your lesson and is fresh and alert.Whilst a good instructor should make their work seem effortless, driving instruction is a demanding profession that requires absolute concentration. No matter how well trained, a tired instructor is at best a poor teacher, and at worst an accident waiting to happen. |

Unlike many other driving schools, we feel it is extremely important that when you book a lesson that it is booked for a time convenient for you, not when it is convenient for your instructor. One of the ways we achieve this is by limiting the number of pupils we take on. Too many pupils on an instructor's books results in that instructor being inflexible with the times they can offer you for lessons. This means you would have to organise your life to fit in with your lessons, not the other way round. No hidden charges Once you are a student of Driving North, we promise that your fee per hour will never increase, no matter how long it takes to pass your test. Driving schools often draw in pupils by offering the first five lessons very cheaply, then once the pupils are used to the particular type of car they are training in, the fee per hour increases steeply. We have never used this method of attracting new pupils and never will. Our reputation means everything to us and this can only be maintained if our pupils are consistently happy with the service we provide. We will always strive to deliver the best instruction possible, thus maximising the chances of first time success for pupils and in the process, further boosting our reputation. | ||

At
Driving North we use Driving Standards Agency Approved Driving
Instructors (DSAADI's). They are full time professionals who are
committed to delivering the highest standards of instruction. All
Driving North Instructors are continually monitored to ensure pass
rates remain high.
